All sales support Kentwood Elementary — thank you for your purchase!
Because every item is printed on demand by our print partners, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

✅ Replacements

We may be able to replace items if they are:

• Misprinted (wrong design, color, or placement)

• Defective or damaged in shipping

• Lost in transit

If your order meets one of these criteria, please submit our Refund / Replacement Request Form within 14 days of delivery. This form allows you to upload photos and provide the order details our print partners require to process your claim.

🚫 Exchanges

We do not offer size or style exchanges. Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchase.

💳 Refunds

If a replacement is not possible, an approved refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Kentwood PTO is a parent-volunteer organization. We’ll do our best to review and respond to your request within a few school days.
